In 2006 we held the first annual Reggie's Sleepout to help raise awareness and money to address the critical problem of Youth Homelessness in central Iowa. Over 600 campers registered, and over 1000 individuals contributed to the cause, to raise nearly $60,000. In 2007, more than 800 slept out and we were able to raise over $138,000!
Help us make 2008 an even bigger success!
WHAT?
Sleep in a box, puptent (no stakes) or sleeping bag at the new Drake Stadium on the Johnny Bright field.
There will be food and beverages provided. Outside food, snacks, gum, and beverages will not be allowed to be carried in. There will be activities, music, assortment of games, Boxed-In Design Contest, and poster design contest.
